Installation Process
- Shut off water supply to the softener and depressurize the system completely before beginning work.
- Remove the existing drain line flow control from the Fleck 2510 valve drain port using an adjustable wrench.
- Thread the Fleck 60706-10 brass DLFC into the drain port hand-tight, then snorkel wrench an additional quarter turn to seal.
- Attach the drain line tubing to the compression fitting on the flow control and tighten securely.
- Restore water supply and manually initiate a regeneration cycle to verify proper flow rate and confirm no leaks at connections.
