The Omnipure K2340 delivers reliable chlorine taste and odor reduction with 9.5 cubic inches of granular activated coconut carbon in a compact 6" x 2" inline housing. Quick-connect fittings on both ends simplify installation and replacement in reverse osmosis systems, refrigerators, ice makers, and under-counter filtration setups. Rated for 1000 gallons or one year of service at up to 0.5 GPM flow rate.

The K2340 is compatible with Culligan AC-15, AC-30, AC-50, and H-52/H-53 reverse osmosis systems, as well as any filtration setup using 1/4" or 3/8" quick-connect inline configurations. Carbon media is interchangeable with Omnipure T28, T33, and T40 models. Also replaces K2333-JJ and K2333-KK in applicable systems. Suitable for refrigerators, ice makers, RO post-filters, and under-counter water filtration systems requiring granular activated carbon polishing.
Understanding NPT Sizing
National Pipe Thread sizing does not match ruler measurements. A 1/4" NPT fitting measures 0.540" in actual diameter, and a 3/8" NPT measures 0.675" across. The K2340 quick-connect fittings accommodate both 1/4" and 3/8" tubing without threading, making installation straightforward without the need for NPT adapters in most applications.
