PAE (RO-120) 2.0 Gallon Metal Storage Tank 1-4" NPT; White
PAE RO-120 Technical Details
| Manufacturer | PAE Machinery Industrial CO. |
| Model Number | RO-120 (TK-PRO-2-SS) |
| Storage Capacity | 2.1 gallons |
| Dimensions | 8" diameter × 12" height |
| Connection Type | 1/4" NPT |
| Tank Type | Pre-pressurized metal bladder |
| Certification | NSF 58 Certified |
| Color | White |
Installing Your PAE RO-120 Tank
- Verify the tank pre-charge pressure is between 5-7 PSI using a tire pressure gauge on the air valve before installation.
- Apply thread sealant tape to the 1/4" NPT connection and hand-tighten the tank ball valve or fitting to the tank port.
- Mount the tank upright in a location that allows access to the air valve for future pressure checks and supports the tank's weight when full.
- Connect the tank to your RO system's output line and allow the system to cycle through 2-3 full fills to flush the bladder before use.
System Requirements
The PAE RO-120 is compatible with most residential and light commercial reverse osmosis systems using standard 1/4" NPT connections. This tank works with systems producing up to 100 GPD and requires adequate supply pressure (typically 40-80 PSI) to maintain proper bladder function. Suitable for under-sink installations where compact storage is needed without sacrificing water availability between regeneration cycles.
