INSTALLATION & USE
Replacing Your WHER12 or WHER18 Filters
- Turn off water supply to the RO system and close the storage tank valve. Open the faucet to relieve pressure.
- Unscrew the filter housings using a filter wrench if needed. Remove old pre-filters and discard. Clean housings with warm water and mild soap.
- Install new pre-filters with flow direction arrows pointing toward the membrane housing. Hand-tighten housings securely.
- If replacing the membrane, open the membrane housing and slide out the old membrane. Insert the new membrane with the seal ring facing outward into the housing.
- Turn water supply back on slowly and check for leaks. Flush the system for 10 minutes before opening the tank valve and resuming normal use.
