  2. Connect the pre-installed 1" male NPT inlet-outlet assembly to your RO system tubing or fittings using appropriate adapters or reducers as needed.
  3. Pressurize the system to 40 PSI operating pressure. The tank will deliver between 7 and 11 gallons of usable water capacity depending on system pressure and air charge.
  4. Check all connections for leaks during initial fill and allow the tank to cycle through one complete fill and drain before placing into service.
COMPATIBILITY

Suitable Applications

The Structural ROMATE-20 is designed for residential reverse osmosis systems and light commercial applications requiring pressurized water storage. The 1" NPT connection accommodates higher flow rate systems and commercial installations. The 100% lead-free, NSF-listed construction ensures safe drinking water storage without introducing contaminants or chemicals. Compatible with all standard RO systems when paired with appropriate connection fittings.

🔧 Pro Tip: Check and adjust the air pressure in the tank before installation. The factory pre-charge is typically 7-8 PSI, but setting it to 2-3 PSI below your system's operating pressure optimizes water capacity and extends bladder life.
