Installing the Watts Membrane Housing
- Ensure the O-ring is properly seated in the body groove and the cap O-ring is positioned correctly before assembly to prevent leaks.
- Insert the RO membrane into the housing body, then hand-tighten the cap onto the 1/4 IN NPT threads until snug.
- Connect 1/4 inch tubing to the John Guest quick connect ports: end port for feed water, side ports for concentrate and permeate lines as dictated by your system design.
- Pressurize the system slowly and inspect all connections for leaks before placing the unit into full service.
