Clack D1047 AIO Air Blocker for Control Valves
The D1047 Air Blocker prevents the head of air from re-entering the control valve body on air injection oxidation systems. By trapping water in its chamber, it reduces iron oxidation buildup inside the valve, extending service life and reducing maintenance intervals on NWTS and VESTA AIO controls.

Installs on 1" Clack control valves with 1.05" riser pilot using integrated O-ring seal and twist lock design for secure attachment
Water Chamber Trap
Traps water in internal chamber to create a physical barrier that blocks the air head from flowing back into the valve body during regeneration cycles
