How to Fill and Install Your Refillable Cartridge
- Remove the end cap and fill the cartridge with your chosen filtration media (GAC carbon, KDF, catalytic carbon, bone char, arsenic media, etc.)
- Place the included 50 micron foam pad on top of the media to prevent channeling and ensure even water flow through the cartridge
- Replace the end cap securely, then install the filled cartridge into your 10" Big Blue filter housing following standard cartridge replacement procedures
- Flush the system for 5-10 minutes before use to remove any fines or air pockets from the media bed
