The BNC connector on the HI2001 makes it compatible with any Hanna pH/ORP meter or controller that accepts standard BNC electrode connections, including the HI 1000 and HI 2000 series instruments. The ½" NPT external thread allows direct installation into process piping, flow cells, or tanks equipped with matching female NPT fittings. The double-junction polymer reference is suited for samples containing organic compounds, proteins, heavy metals, or other contaminants that would poison conventional liquid electrolyte references.
