Replacing Your PH-200 Sensor
- Unscrew and remove the old sensor module from the bottom of your PH-200 meter body by rotating counterclockwise.
- Thread the new SP-P2 sensor into the meter housing and tighten hand-tight until secure. Do not overtighten.
- Remove the protective cap from the sensor tip and rinse the glass bulb with distilled water before first use.
- Perform a three-point calibration using pH 4.0, 7.0, and 10.0 buffer solutions following the PH-200 calibration procedure in your meter manual.
- Store the sensor with the cap on and ensure the sponge inside remains moist with storage solution between uses to extend electrode life.
