The Hydro Systems SV-6 is a self-piercing saddle valve designed for creating 1/4" compression connections directly into hard copper water lines. The C-clamp style body secures firmly to the pipe while the piercing needle penetrates the copper to establish a clean feed line for reverse osmosis systems, ice makers, and other filtration equipment. Only compatible with hard copper pipe — not for use on flexible tubing or soft metals.
