The Mazzei ISO 283 Series injector uses a venturi effect to generate vacuum at the suction port, drawing liquid or gas additives into the pressurized water stream without pumps or motors. Inlet and outlet connections are 15mm Male BSPT, with a 0.25 inch barbed suction port for chemical or air introduction. How the Mazzei Venturi Injector Works
Venturi Vacuum Generation
Pressurized water enters the injector inlet and is constricted into a high-velocity jet stream. The increase in velocity decreases absolute pressure, creating a vacuum at the suction port that draws in additives.
Internal Mixing Vanes
Patented vanes create thousands of microbubbles, dramatically increasing the surface area of gas in contact with liquid. Multiple microbubbles have far greater surface area than one large bubble of the same volume.
No Moving Parts
Eliminates mechanical wear, simplifies maintenance, and reduces operating costs compared to pump-driven injection systems. The injector operates continuously with minimal pressure differential required.
Wide Operating Range
Functions across a broad spectrum of inlet pressures and requires only minimal pressure differential between inlet and outlet to initiate suction. Adapts to varying flow conditions without adjustment.
Multiple Material Options
