Operating Principle & Setup
- Connect the 80mm Male BSPT inlet to your pressurized water supply line, ensuring proper thread seal with PTFE tape or thread sealant rated for your application pressure.
- Attach chemical or gas supply lines to the dual 40mm Male BSPT suction ports. As pressurized water constricts through the injection chamber, it creates a high-velocity jet stream that generates vacuum at these ports.
- Connect the 80mm Male BSPT outlet to your downstream piping. The internal mixing vanes will create microbubbles as the injected additive mixes thoroughly with the water stream.
- Verify adequate pressure differential between inlet and outlet to maintain suction capacity. The venturi effect operates automatically with no external power or moving parts required.
- Monitor suction rates and adjust inlet pressure as needed. PVDF and ECTFE materials offer superior chemical resistance for corrosive applications including sulfuric acid, nitric acid, chlorine, and ozone.
