Venturi Principle with Internal Mixing
Venturi Vacuum Generation
Pressurized water constricts through the injection chamber, creating a high-velocity jet stream. The velocity increase drops absolute pressure, generating vacuum at the suction port to draw in chemicals or gases without external pumps.
Microbubble Mixing Vanes
Patented internal mixing vanes create thousands of microbubbles, maximizing surface area contact between liquid and gas. Greater surface area translates directly to improved solubility and faster chemical dispersion.

Connection Requirements
The ISO 885X-03-GRPP requires 1" Female BSPT threaded connections on both inlet and outlet sides. Suction port accepts 15mm Female BSPT fittings for chemical or gas feed lines. BSPT (British Standard Pipe Thread) sizing does not match ruler measurements: 1" BSPT measures approximately 1.309" actual diameter. Verify thread compatibility before installation. Suitable for liquid chemical injection, air injection, ozone injection, and gas dissolution applications where GRPP chemical resistance is adequate.
