The PureT SC Signature Series sediment filter uses a three-layer spun polypropylene structure to trap sand, silt, rust, and scale particles before they reach your RO membrane or sensitive equipment. Its coreless design maximizes dirt-holding capacity while keeping cost per gallon low across municipal and well water applications.

Where This Filter Works
The PureT 10" x 4.5" sediment filter fits all standard Big Blue 10" housings and works as pre-filtration for reverse osmosis systems, post-filtration after granular activated carbon stages, and standalone protection for ice machines, beverage equipment, coffee brewers, analytical instruments, wineries, and film processing. Use 5 or 1 micron cartridges after GAC to polish out carbon fines, or select 10 or 20 micron for initial sediment reduction in whole-house and well water systems.
