Service Schedule
Replace or Clean
Cartridges rated 5 micron and up can be rinsed and reused. Replace 0.35 and 1 micron cartridges when pressure drop reaches 25 psid.
Pressure Monitoring
Check differential pressure regularly. If pressure drop exceeds 25 psid or flow rate decreases noticeably, clean or replace the cartridge.
Housing Inspection
Inspect filter housing and O-rings during cartridge changes. Replace worn seals and clean housing interior to maintain system integrity.
