- Shut off water supply and relieve pressure by opening a downstream faucet
- Unscrew the Big Blue housing sump using a filter wrench, remove old cartridge, and clean the sump and o-ring seal
- Insert the Aries AF-20-4080-BB cartridge into the housing, ensuring it seats properly on the center standpipe
- Reinstall the sump, hand-tighten securely, then slowly turn water back on and check for leaks
