Replacement Schedule
Performance Check
Monitor TDS rejection and permeate flow. A 15% decline in flow or rejection indicates membrane fouling or scaling. Chemical cleaning may restore performance.
Inspection & Cleaning
Inspect feed spacers and O-rings for wear. Chemical cleaning recommended for systems operating with high-fouling feed water or elevated hardness.
Membrane Replacement
