RO Internatioal (ROS-COMP) Compact I Light Commercial 150-900 GPD Reverse Osmosis Unit
ROS-COMP Compact I Light Commercial Reverse Osmosis System
High-capacity light commercial reverse osmosis unit delivering 150-900 gallons per day with industrial-grade construction and integrated pre-filtration for offices, restaurants, and small manufacturing operations
Built for Continuous Commercial Duty
Industrial Construction
Stainless steel membrane vessel and powder-coated steel frame handle the demands of light commercial environments. Liquid-filled system pressure gauge and inlet/outlet pre-filter gauges provide real-time monitoring
Rotary Vane Pump System
Half to three-quarter horsepower motor with rotary vane pump delivers consistent pressure for efficient reverse osmosis across all flow rates from 150 to 900 GPD
Integrated Pre-Filtration
One 10-inch 5-micron sediment filter and two 10-inch 5-micron carbon block filters protect the RO membrane from particulates and chlorine damage while extending membrane life
Advanced Flow Controls
Fixed waste/recycle flow controls, storage tank pressure switch, feed water solenoid valve, and low-pressure switch provide automated operation and water efficiency
Professional Fittings
High-pressure brass compression fittings and stainless steel high-pressure nylon tubing ensure leak-free connections. Half-inch inlet, three-eighths waste, and three-eighths product lines
System Details
Replacement Schedule
Sediment Pre-Filter
Replace the Purtrex 10" x 2.5" 5-micron spun polypropylene sediment filter when pressure drop increases or water flow diminishes. Inspect quarterly in high-sediment applications
Carbon Block Pre-Filters
Replace both MatriKX CTO 10" x 2.5" 5-micron carbon block filters to maintain chlorine and chloramine removal. Critical for protecting RO membrane from oxidative damage
RO Membrane
Monitor permeate TDS and flow rate. Replace membrane when rejection rate drops below acceptable levels or production capacity declines significantly
System Inspection
Check all gauges, pressure switches, solenoid valve operation, and fittings. Verify waste-to-product ratio is within specification. Inspect pump and motor for unusual noise or vibration
Replacement Parts
This ROS-COMP system uses standard 10-inch by 2.5-inch filter cartridges. The sediment stage takes Purtrex series spun polypropylene depth filters. The two carbon stages use KX Technologies 32-250-10-MATRIKX 5-micron CTO filters for chlorine, chloramine, taste, and odor reduction. RO membrane and pump components are available through RO International directly. Consult the ROS-COMP manual for complete parts specifications and ordering information.
Light Commercial Applications
Ideal for offices, small restaurants, cafes, laboratories, and light manufacturing where consistent high-quality water is required throughout the day
