Hydronamic (ASV-2000W) Auto Shut Off Valve with 1/4" Quick Connect Fittings White
Hydronamic ASV-2000W Auto Shut Off Valve with 1/4" Quick Connect Fittings
Compact four-port valve that automatically stops production when your RO tank reaches capacity, preventing water waste and protecting your system. Gold Seal certified by the Water Quality Association.
Intelligent pressure sensing prevents overproduction
Automatic Pressure Control
Shuts off feed water when tank pressure reaches 60% of inlet pressure, stopping production exactly when your storage tank is full without electronic sensors or power.
Tool-Free Installation
Four integrated 1/4" quick-connect fittings let you push tubes in and pull to release. Clearly labeled "IN", "OUT", and "TANK" ports eliminate guesswork during setup.
WQA Gold Seal Certified
Independently tested and certified for material safety and structural integrity by the Water Quality Association, meeting NSF/ANSI standards for drinking water components.
Compact ABS Construction
White ABS plastic housing measures just 2½" × 1¾" × 1½", fitting easily into tight under-sink installations. Durable, corrosion-resistant, and rated for continuous pressurized service.
Designed for standard residential RO systems
The ASV-2000W works with reverse osmosis systems using membranes up to 50 gallons per day (GPD). Compatible with all standard 1/4" tubing found in residential RO systems. Requires feed water pressure between 40-80 PSI for proper automatic shut-off function. This valve is the direct replacement for discontinued models using the same four-port configuration with quick-connect fittings.
Four-port connection sequence
Feed Water In/Out
Connect prefilter outlet to "IN" port. Connect membrane inlet to "OUT" port. These markings are on the screw side of the valve body—this is your high-pressure feed path.
Product Water to Tank
Connect membrane product water outlet (center port of membrane housing cap) to either "TANK" fitting. Connect storage tank to the other "TANK" fitting. Flow direction doesn't matter on this side.
Prevents Water Waste
Stops production automatically when tank is full instead of sending water to drain
Protects Membrane
Reduces unnecessary cycling and backpressure that can shorten membrane lifespan
No Power Required
Pure mechanical operation using pressure differential—nothing to wire or program
All-in-One Design
Four integrated fittings eliminate the need for separate connectors or adapters
