INSTALLATION & USE

Installing the CV14S-MxM Check Valve

  1. Shut off water supply and relieve system pressure before installation
  2. Apply thread sealant tape to male 1/4" MNPT threads on both sides of the valve
  3. Thread the check valve into your system with flow direction matching the arrow on the valve body
  4. Hand-tighten, then use a wrench to snug an additional quarter turn—do not overtighten
  5. Restore water pressure slowly and inspect connections for leaks
