INSTALLATION & USE

Installing Your Check Valve

  1. Apply thread sealant tape to the 1/8" male NPT end, wrapping 3-4 turns clockwise.
  2. Thread the male end into your upstream fitting hand-tight, then tighten an additional quarter turn with a wrench.
  3. Connect your downstream line to the 1/8" female NPT port, ensuring the arrow on the valve body points in the direction of intended flow.
  4. Pressurize the system slowly and check all connections for leaks before full operation.
