INSTALLATION & USE

Setup Instructions

  1. Shut off water supply and relieve system pressure before installation
  2. Thread 1/4" quick-connect fittings into both ports and hand-tighten securely
  3. Connect tubing to inlet and outlet ports, observing flow direction if marked on filter body
  4. Flush filter for 5 minutes before connecting to system or faucet to remove carbon fines
  5. Replace filter every 2500 gallons or when taste and odor reduction diminishes

This inline GAC filter works with any reverse osmosis system, countertop filter, or point-of-use application using 1/4" tubing connections. Commonly installed as a post-filter stage after RO membranes to polish water and eliminate residual taste. Compatible with standard 1/4" John Guest style push-fit connectors.
