Installing Your K5520 Inline Filter
- Shut off water supply and relieve pressure from the system before installation.
- Connect inlet and outlet using 1/4" FPT threaded connections or 1/4" quick-connect fittings, ensuring flow direction matches any arrows on the filter housing.
- Turn on water supply slowly and check all connections for leaks, then flush filter for 3-5 minutes before use.
- Replace filter every 12 months or 2500 gallons, whichever comes first, or when flow rate decreases noticeably.
