How to Install the BV-104 Ball Valve
- Wrap the 1/4" NPTM threads with 2-3 layers of Teflon tape in a clockwise direction, avoiding the first thread.
- Thread the valve into the corresponding female NPT port hand-tight, then use a wrench to tighten an additional quarter to half turn until snug.
- Push 1/4" O.D. tubing firmly into the quick-connect end until it seats against the internal stop and the collet grips securely.
- Turn the valve handle to the open or closed position as needed to control water flow through your system.

The polypropylene construction provides excellent resistance to chlorine, sediment, and common oxidizers found in municipal water supplies.
