The Watts AquaLock Large Diameter Drop Ear Elbow accepts copper tube sizes from 1/4" through 1" CTS (inside diameter) and polypropylene tubing from 3/8" through 1-1/8" OD (outside diameter). Compatible with all major tubing types including Copper, CPVC, PEX-A, PEX-B, PEX-C, LDPE, MDPE, HDPE, and Polypropylene. CTS refers to Copper Tube Size measured by inside diameter. For threaded connections, NPT (National Pipe Tapered) sizing ranges from 1/4" NPT (0.540" OD) through 2" NPT (2.375" OD). NPS indicates National Pipe Straight thread standard, also known as IPS. MGHT refers to Male Garden Hose Thread for outdoor applications.
