For NPT threaded connections, actual outside diameters are 0.540" for 1/4" NPT, 0.675" for 3/8" NPT, 0.840" for 1/2" NPT, 1.050" for 3/4" NPT, 1.315" for 1" NPT, 1.660" for 1-1/4" NPT, 1.900" for 1-1/2" NPT, and 2.375" for 2" NPT. CTS refers to copper tube size, NPT to national pipe tapered thread standard.
