Triple Seal Protection
Compressible EPDM O-rings in the white cap, sump, and top seat provide three layers of leak protection. Non-pressure relief design for standard filtration systems.
Standard Connections
1/2 inch NPT inlet and outlet ports fit standard plumbing. Accepts any standard 2.5 inch diameter by 10 inch length filter cartridge for sediment, carbon, or specialty filtration.

The Watts FH4200WW12 housing is designed for any standard 2.5 inch x 10 inch filter cartridge. Compatible with sediment filters from 1 to 100 micron, carbon block cartridges, GAC filters, and specialty media cartridges from brands including Watts, Pentek, Hydronix, Culligan, and Aqua-Pure. Operating temperature range of 40°F to 100°F with maximum working pressure of 100 PSI.
Standard Service Schedule
Replace Filter Cartridge
Replace the 10 inch cartridge based on water quality and flow rate reduction. Well water and high sediment applications may require more frequent changes.
Inspect O-Rings
Check the EPDM O-rings for wear, cracking, or compression set. Replace if damaged. Lubricate with silicone grease to maintain seal integrity and ease reassembly.
Clean Housing Interior
Remove accumulated sediment from sump with mild soap and water. Inspect buttress threads and reinforcing ribs for cracks or stress. Replace housing if structural damage is present.
