Q5305 Twist-Off Sediment Filter
The Omnipure Q5305 is a compact sediment pre-filter designed for the Q-Series twist-off system. The integrated Twist Tap valve automatically shuts off water flow when you disconnect the filter body from the head, eliminating spills and the need to turn off supply lines during replacement.
Meltblown Polypropylene Depth Media
The Q5305 uses graduated density polypropylene fibers to capture dirt, sand, silt, and sediment down to 5 microns throughout the entire depth of the media. This construction prevents surface clogging and extends service life compared to surface filters. Ideal as a pre-filter for reverse osmosis membranes, carbon blocks, refrigerator lines, beverage equipment, and drinking fountains.

This Q5305 filter is a replacement cartridge and requires an existing Omnipure Q-Series head with Twist Tap technology. Q-Series heads are available with 1/4" quick-connect fittings, 1/4" NPT female threads, or 3/8" NPT female threads. Common applications include under-sink RO systems, inline refrigerator and ice maker filtration, beverage dispensers, water coolers, and drinking fountains.
