INSTALLATION & USE

Filter Replacement Process

  1. Shut off water supply and relieve pressure by opening a downstream faucet
  2. Unscrew filter housing using a strap wrench if needed, then remove old cartridge
  3. Clean housing sump with mild soap and water, inspect o-ring for wear
  4. Insert new 10" x 4.5" cartridge into housing and hand-tighten firmly
  5. Turn water supply back on slowly and check for leaks before restoring full pressure
