Drain Saddle with 1/4" Compression Fitting
Three-Point Installation
Locate Installation Point
Clamp the saddle onto the drain pipe between 1-1/4" and 1-1/2" diameter, above the P-trap elbow or garbage disposal cross bar, whichever is highest.
Create Drain Port
Drill through the saddle guide hole into the drain pipe to create the waste water discharge point.
Attach Drain Line
Insert the 1/4" RO drain tubing into the compression fitting and hand-tighten the nut to create a secure, leak-free seal.
Universal RO System Integration
The Watts SC500B14 works with all major reverse osmosis brands including APEC, iSpring, Home Master, Watts Premier, and Aquatic Life. Compatible with standard 1-1/4" to 1-1/2" PVC, ABS, and metal drain pipes commonly found in residential under-sink installations. The 1/4" compression outlet accepts standard polyethylene or nylon drain tubing used in most under-counter RO systems.
