Harmsco 801 Series filters fit all standard 10" x 2.5" filter housings including Harmsco HIF-10 series, Pentek 10" housings, and other industry-standard 10-inch cartridge housings. Suitable for whole-house sediment filtration, RO system pre-filtration, and point-of-use applications requiring precise sediment control.
Service Schedule
Inspect & Clean
Remove cartridge and rinse under water. For heavier sediment loads, soak in mild detergent solution and rinse thoroughly before reinstalling.
Replace Cartridge
Replace filter when cleaning no longer restores flow rate or when media shows signs of degradation. Actual lifespan varies with water quality and usage.
Monitor Pressure
Install pressure gauges before and after filter housing. Replace cartridge when pressure differential exceeds 15 PSI or flow rate decreases noticeably.
