  2. Remove old cartridge and clean the housing sump with a mild sanitizing solution. Inspect the housing O-ring and replace if worn.
  3. Insert the Harmsco PP-975-0.2-DOE cartridge into the housing, ensuring both end caps seat properly in the DOE configuration.
  4. Hand-tighten the housing cap, restore water pressure slowly, and check for leaks around all seals.
  5. Replace the cartridge when differential pressure reaches 25 psid or flow rate diminishes noticeably.
