The Omnipure E5486 fits inline systems using proprietary Omnipure E-Series housings with quick-connect fittings. This filter is ideal for reverse osmosis pre-filtration, beverage equipment, ice machines, and any application requiring both sediment reduction and scale prevention. The polyphosphate media helps protect downstream equipment from calcium and magnesium buildup without adding sodium to the water. Compatible with municipal and well water supplies where chlorine removal and scale control are priorities.
