Filter Replacement Steps
- Shut off water supply and relieve pressure by opening a downstream faucet or depressurizing valve
- Unscrew the old E5720-P cartridge from the filter head by turning counterclockwise
- Install the new cartridge by threading clockwise into the universal cap head until hand-tight
- Turn water supply back on slowly and check for leaks at the connection points
- Flush the filter for 3-5 minutes to remove carbon fines and activate the polyphosphate media
