The Omnipure Q5321 is a replacement cartridge that requires an existing Q-Series filter head. It's designed for under-sink reverse osmosis systems, refrigerator water lines, ice maker installations, beverage dispensers, drinking fountains, and inline water filtration applications where space is limited and chlorine removal is needed. The proprietary Q-Series twist-off design is not compatible with standard filter housings. Heads are available separately in 1/4" QC, 1/4" NPT female, and 3/8" NPT female thread configurations.
