Where This Filter Works
The Q5440 is a replacement cartridge for existing Omnipure Q-Series filter heads and is compatible with residential and commercial installations including reverse osmosis systems, under-sink drinking water filters, refrigerators, ice makers, beverage equipment, and drinking fountains. The Twist Tap valve system makes filter changes cleaner and faster by automatically shutting off water flow when you disconnect the cartridge. This filter requires a Q-Series head with 1/4" Quick-Connect, 1/4" NPT, or 3/8" NPT female fittings, which are sold separately if you're building a new system.
