Where the Q5521 Fits
This filter is designed exclusively as a replacement cartridge for existing Omnipure Q-Series filter heads and is not compatible with standard 10" housings. It works in reverse osmosis systems, under-sink filtration setups, refrigerators, ice makers, beverage equipment, and drinking fountains. The Q-Series head must already be installed with the appropriate connection type—available in 1/4" quick-connect, 1/4" NPT female, or 3/8" NPT female thread configurations. The Twist Tap valve system makes this an excellent choice for applications where filter changes need to be quick and drip-free, particularly in food service and point-of-use drinking water systems.
