What This Filter Removes
Coconut carbon blocks offer a uniform, solid media structure that prevents bypass and fluidization. The PureT CBC Series reduces sediment, chlorine, taste, odor, and color while decreasing soluble organic compounds like pesticides and dioxins. It also targets volatile organic compounds including chloroform and petrochemicals. The solid block construction holds more dirt than loose granular carbon and releases virtually no fines into filtered water.
