The PureT HQCBC series uses acid-washed coconut shell activated carbon in a solid block format, offering significantly higher chlorine reduction and cleaner output than traditional GAC or PAC filters. The uniform media structure eliminates channeling, fluidizing, and carbon fines common in granular carbon.
