Patented Up-Flow Filtration Architecture
Bottom Feed Distribution
Raw water enters through the 2" FNPT bottom port and flows upward through four parallel cartridge chambers, naturally purging trapped air and maintaining consistent hydraulic pressure across all filter elements.
Quad Cartridge Array
Four 2.75" x 30" cartridges operate in parallel, distributing the 75 GPM flow evenly and reducing pressure drop. Stainless steel lifters simplify cartridge removal during service. Adjustable top plates accommodate various cartridge lengths.
Top Collection & Discharge
Filtered water collects in the upper plenum and exits through the 2" FNPT top port. Band clamp closure with Buna-N o-rings provides tool-free access for maintenance while maintaining a 150 psi pressure rating.

Application Range
The BC4-3 housing supports commercial and residential drinking water systems, reverse osmosis pre-filtration, cooling tower filtration, ground water under direct influence (GUDI) treatment, process water applications, utility water systems, and ground water remediation projects. Use with sediment, carbon block, pleated polyester, or specialty cartridges in 2.75" x 30" format. All housings are hydrostatically tested before shipment and compatible with potable water, industrial process fluids, and municipal supply applications within the 250°F temperature and 150 psi pressure limits.
