Harmsco (HIF-100) Stainless Steel Cartridge Cluster Filter Housing 100 Filter;400GPM; 3"
Harmsco HIF-100 Stainless Steel Cartridge Cluster Filter Housing
Industrial-grade 100-cartridge cluster housing designed for high-flow commercial and municipal applications up to 400 GPM
Built for Large-Scale Water Treatment
100-Cartridge Capacity
Holds 100 standard cartridges or 50 double-length cartridges, providing massive surface area for extended service life and reduced maintenance frequency in high-demand applications.
High-Flow Performance
Engineered to handle up to 400 GPM (1,514 LPM) with 3-inch NPT inlet and outlet connections, minimizing pressure drop while maintaining consistent flow rates across demanding commercial systems.
Stainless Steel Construction
Marine-grade stainless steel housing resists corrosion, handles high pressure, and stands up to harsh industrial environments where durability and longevity are non-negotiable.
Service-Friendly Design
Compact 20" x 20" footprint with 87-inch service clearance requirement allows cartridge changes without disassembly. 1.5-inch NPT drain port simplifies maintenance procedures.

Cartridge Options
The Harmsco HIF-100 accepts all standard 10-inch or 20-inch pleated polyester, spun polypropylene, carbon block, and specialty cartridges from Harmsco and other manufacturers. Compatible with Harmsco's full line of sediment, carbon, and specialty cartridges in micron ratings from 1 to 100 microns. Can also be configured with double-length cartridges to reduce cartridge count to 50 while maintaining filtration capacity.
Cartridge Replacement Schedule
Standard Municipal Water
For sediment filtration in municipal water applications with moderate suspended solids, replace cartridges every 3 to 6 months depending on water quality and flow volume.
Heavy Sediment or Well Water
In high-sediment environments such as well water, industrial process water, or post-construction applications, inspect cartridges monthly and replace when pressure drop exceeds 10-15 PSI.
Pressure Drop Monitoring
Install inlet and outlet pressure gauges. Replace cartridges when differential pressure reaches manufacturer recommendations, typically 15-20 PSI, to maintain optimal flow and efficiency.
Industrial Grade
Built for commercial facilities, municipalities, and large-scale process water applications
Compact Footprint
Maximizes cartridge capacity in just 20" x 20" of floor space
Low Maintenance
Extended cartridge life reduces labor and replacement costs over time
Versatile Filtration
Accepts sediment, carbon, and specialty cartridges for customized treatment
