Setting Up Your Harmsco HIF-24
- Position the housing on a level surface with at least 13" x 13" floor space and verify 68" overhead clearance for cartridge removal and maintenance access.
- Connect inlet and outlet lines to the 2" NPT ports using appropriate thread sealant rated for your system pressure and media type.
- Attach drain line to the 1" NPT drain port and route to an appropriate waste collection point or drainage system.
- Install 24 cartridges of your chosen micron rating or triple-style cartridges depending on your filtration requirements and desired flow rate.
- Pressurize the system slowly and inspect all connections for leaks before bringing the unit to full operating flow.
